INSPIRATION FOR THE SHOJIN MENU Of Chinese origin, Shojin cuisine flourishes in Japanese Buddhist temples in the 7th century.

Its range of ingredients are limited to vegetables and cereals. Alain Ducasse has integrated certain elements and characteristic tastes of shojin cuisine in his vision of his restaurant at the Plaza Athénée.

Lunch Menu
Starter, main dish, dessert selected from the seasonal menu (except dishes with caviar) and 2 glasses of wine selected by the chef sommelier. 210 euros. On Thursdays and Fridays.
THE "JARDIN-MARIN" MENU

The "Jardin-Marin" menu is a concentrate of Naturalness and requires the very best of what the season has to offer. Three dishes as halves, cheese and dessert (380 €, drinks not included).
All our sea produce can be prepared in their strictest naturalness.
